I found this very funny video that I thought you might find enjoy. It’s a parody of the popular TV show “The Office” illustrating the sometimes quirkiness of small group life. We all know that small group life can be messy. As leaders we can either let the “messiness” of small group life deter us from our calling or we can see it as proof of the need for community within the Body of Christ and with the help of the Spirit of God we can press on.
