Community Cafe is an informal gathering where we navigate the waters of small group leadership together.
Last month we looked at our calling as leaders focused on how we should shepherd our groups grow more spiritually mature.
This month we are going to specifically look at fining people to mentor in our groups to raise them up as leaders.
We will also discuss anything that you might have on your mind as well.
